Donβt know your work exactly but if thereβs anyway to parallelize your workflow that may help? Also donβt be afraid to speak up about what may be things that are blocking your work. That feedback may be valuable too. In the end, everyone is different. If you donβt enjoy it, donβt feel you, as a person, have to live up to arbitrary standard set by somebody else.

Hire cheap automation folks per hour or per project basis, on Fiverr\Upwork, to write automation for some of your routine tasks. Then use automation to save time, don't tell your manager you have automation let him think you still work hard manually. Use the extra free time saved by automation, to learn how, learn Python or Java.
Learn automation and use it or move on to automation.
