How's the startup Curalate doing? I'm going for an on-site, what are some good questions to ask?

Former employee here. I think the negative reviews on Glassdoor are very accurate, including the positive points they mention. I’m pretty sure the positive reviews are fake and they suspiciously happened around the same time. I don’t regret working there. I did learn a lot, had a great time, and worked with some amazing people. One thing they definitely do really well is recruitment. But I think without change of leadership, the company won’t thrive. Base will probably be on-par with MS.

Hello! How did your onsite end up going?

I work there right now! It’s got a fairly good culture though some processes particularly when it comes to cross team or cross department can be fairly frustrating. All in all, the problems here are similar to other startups but with less micromanagement as I’ve historically seen elsewhere.
