Indians are already winning this. Dang . Pre-thoughts are already showing correct

Being Chinese myself, I’m surprised how low Chinese is on the list

Deloitte Ceeker Sep 20, 2019

I honestly didn't think Chinese. I think they are socially tight (almost clique-y), but I think they are also very merit driven in my experience so I thought they'd be on the bottom .

I am surprised Chinese aren't on the top here.

Indians and Chinese are huge in numbers. So obviously they should rank high. That doesn’t mean other races don’t entertain nepotism.

Why isnt wealthy an option

Facebook WorkChaat OP Sep 20, 2019

It’s a lot harder to determine someone’s wealth during the hiring process than determining gender or race.

Bank of America Quacky Sep 20, 2019

Ahh we're using a stretch definition of nepotism

Adobe Spidey™🕸️ Sep 20, 2019

I don't know about nepotism but favoritism definitely exists within Indian employees. But I wouldn't blame them. Everyone wants to hang out with people they can relate to. But it should never come at the cost of merit.

It comes at the cost of merit most of the times

How is White in second? Probably all Indians are voting white to try to minimize their ranking.

HAS ANYONE HERE TAKEN A SOCIAL SCIENCE CLASS, LIKE EVER? SELF-SELECTION BIAS, DUDES. the population on blind is disproportionately entitled white dudes. cool not news.

eBay Yeah Bruh Sep 20, 2019

Found the loony liberal. Indians make up the overwhelming majority on Blind. Bias, entitlement, racism, sexism, this phobia and that phobia 🙄

Apple TWB-gold Sep 20, 2019

I doubt any of these groups do it more than any of the others on average

Microsoft Leet_God Sep 20, 2019

Either BS or I have been extremely unlucky. I am Indian and every time I have to get interviewed by an Indian manager I break a sweat. They are all more harsh during interview, expect long working hours and won't budge on TC. Hence, I have never worked for an Indian manager.
