Jump from developer to ________?
The default case is "manager". Product manager and architect comes close. Is there anything else? 10yoe, want to move to something that is more creative. 🤔 There is nothing like that at my company. @Google @Amazon

If you still want to code, a principal role will give more idea freedom, and as a result more creativity. Moving into technical producing roles will be less money and likely no code, but more creative.
