I think that role hard to find. K8s administration as I have seen in a few companies is part of a team like infra, operations or sre which they do a lot of other things and k8s is just another task they have.

ncsa OP Dec 12, 2019I understand that if you're using a hosted service from a cloud, it negates the need for such a role. But there would be regulated industries who choose not to go that route.
Is that a career?
