Yeah, but some of them recommended surgery, some recommended rest.

I would listen to a doctor over a random blind person

What were your symptoms? How was it diagnosed by your doctor? I got diagnosed with a compressed L5-S1 disc today via X-Ray but wondering if I should push for an MRI.

Are you able to walk or exercise? I’ve had some back pain and went to PT where I worked on hip, back, and glute mobility plus lots of lower back stretches like cat-camel and bird dog stretches.

Leg pain means your symptom is getting worse, I recommend getting good kneeling chair, minimize sitting posture, get inversion table or hanging bar to decompress your spine whenever and take advil. Avoid surgery like plague.

See a chiro or physio therapist. They may be able to reduce the pain through targeted exercise
