Getting an offer from Lyft for L5 PM. What should I expect for comp? 8 years of PM experience, 3 in management consulting

I just finished negotiating! Also Lyft L5 and got 575 total comp.

Lots of folks think that the rideshare business model can only lose money. Me included. The meltdown when it comes will lead to massive layoffs. Do you really want to risk that? Of course you may think otherwise... but do some research before you join at least.
