Lyft L6 TPM offers
Waiting on an offer from Lyft for L6 TPM role...curious if anyone could provide insight as to what I should expect? Thanks in advance! Current TC is $360
Which location is that for? Bay area?
I’d be moving from Seattle to SF (Lyft HQ) for this role. Trying to understand tc for this level as there isn’t any good info for TPM’s at Lyft online. Their recruiters are not the most responsive either...

Op, I doubt they'll be able to beat 360. Have you shared your TC with them?
Yup. My understanding is that they are generous with rsu’s but not base. So was hoping closer to 400 tc with a decent sign on and relo.
Lyft rsus are risky at this time. Stock could take a hit from AB 5

My first response after applying at lyft was middle of July. I received a formal offer only earlier this week and waiting on a counter that was supposed to take 24 hours. This really is a turn off and I’m thankful I don’t NEED a job currently. I’m considering pulling out as I’ve never dealt with a place that doesn’t really seem to have it together as far as this process is concerned

Ill just say I feel it was a lowball offer. Going on 6-7 weeks since first contact. I know what previous guy got in that position and being brought in at same level and offer was nowhere near his
