Some plus/minus of this process:- 1. Endless emails/LinkedIn etc. 2. finally a chat with a recruiter, some cookie cutter talk. 3. Chat with hiring manager, blah blah 4. Technical phone screen. 5. Second phone screen. 6. Onsite technical interviews 4/5 7. Another Onsite, meet the big wigs, 3/4 people One of them having a bad hair day, hidden racist, politically playing against your hiring manager, your weeks of effort goes to waste. FUCK MY LIFE! SAD SAD!
