Redmond, Wa - Base - 130k - Bonus - upto 20 % (how much is this typically paid out at?) - Stocks ~110k over 4 years - Sign on 40k over two years >3 years exp. Approaching paysa data. Beats the glassdoor data. Don't know how accurate this data is hence the question. Thoughts on whether this is the standard / over / under for this position?
Just about the same .. Lvl 62 or 61 ? Both have same title
Besides asking the recruiter, is there a way to find out whether the level is 61 or 62? The offer letter doesnt mention it. I suspect its a 61. Do the levels not map back 1:1 to positions?
They don’t, the title is a “band” and the level is a specific point in the band. For instance 63 and 64 are both “Senior Software Engineer,” but 64 is eligible for more rewards at the same performance rating as 63. Ask the recruiter, this is a routine piece of information that you should know prior to accepting the offer.
Depends on the level, at 61 base should be around 120-130. Up to 20% you basically have to beat everyone to get 20% in my org. This may not be the case everywhere. Don't know where 110k in stock over 4 years is coming from. Doing well on reviews at that level will get you around 16.5k vesting for 5 years. Can't really speak to sign on bonus it's been a while.
120k stock is new grad offer. You can push the stock higher. Bonus Target is 10% if you are average. If you’re good it’s somewhere between 10 and 20. 130k bass looks right
All about that bass no treble ?
Stock is at higher end for 61..

Just got an offer for senior SDE (63) in Redmond campus: base 150.7k + 40k signon (20k each year) + 120k rsu (25% for each year) + performance bonus (up to 30% of base). Can I ask more for signon and stocks?
How many years of experience?
Around 7 years working experience
Let us know the level when you figure it out. I think it's 62 offer
61 most likely 62 base is $140k+ for new hires.
Looks like high end 61/mid 62 offer. 20% is bonus cap not target, target is 10%
Sounds like a good offer for a lvl 61
Looks good
