Microsoft Annual bonus stock
What does the annual cash/stock bonus look like at Microsoft for Senior SWE L63? I'm more interested in the median figure than the theoretical range. A simple search in blind din't help much.

63 is likely 15% cash with $17,000 stock awards target vesting quarterly over 5 years

The 15% cash is just on top of the base or on (base+sign on?+RSU?)
