Microsoft H1b transfer
Recent MS H1b transfers - did the lawyers share with you the original approval notice? I have been asking for two days and it looks like they don't want to take the pain of scanning a document for me. How did you get hold of the original document before resigning from the current job? Thanks
Sent me a stupid link that requires me to login using MS corporate account which I obviously don't have. The link contains the info to get the approval notice mailed to me
Ask them to email it to you. You can ask that since you have the right to information. Don't state that right to them unless they deny to give you an email copy. Alternatively, talk to your MSFT recruiter or manager.
What's your level at Microsoft? What's the TC?
Assuming it's approved. Why do you need the notice before joining? I think it can wait after you join

They let know the date of approval and the fact that it's approved. Isn't that sufficient or its a question of trust. Well I'm not defending the practice, but just thinking about the hassle of shipping to someone who is outside the office ecosystem vs intra-office shipping

When I contacted immigration team about the status of my application. They told me that third party is taking care of my Application and they are my point of contact. Fragomen team doesn’t respond well. Is it same with you as well??
Microsoft emails a copy of the approval and the original can be picked up later.
