Microsoft IDC L61 Compensation
I am expecting an offer from Microsoft for L61 from IDC. What's the typical compensation for L61 in IDC? Current TC:20 LPA YOE:2.5

Several friends of mine work/used to work in IDC, Based on their reports, 25-36L is the usual range. There might be exceptions.

aflatoon Nov 9, 2019OP what Microsoft said above is correct tho you can easily land the base between 22-24 with minimal negotiation. They offer 19 for external L60 too. How did you get an interview? I've tried referrals, emailing recruiters directly, LinkedIn messages. Nothing seems to work.

40k is not necessary man . You can be lowballed and get like 10k also.
Never heard anyone getting 10k at l61.... Even refreshers at L61 is 11K.
