Microsoft SDE 2 Offer
I got the following offer for Microsoft SDE 2: Base: $146k Bonus: $24k Stock: $50k over 4 years. I am currently SDE 2 at Amazon (promoted this Q1) and my target comp is $177k. The Microsoft offer is from Power BI group, Bellevue and I already negotiated once. I don't know if it is L61 or L62 and recruiter won't disclose that detail. Is there a room for negotiation? Updated offer: Base: $148k Bonus: $48k Stock: $100k over 4 years. Is this offer max for L62?
Looks like standard issue Seattle area salary for SDE1, base salary is good though, negotiate the rest of that shit

Initial offer's stock was $20k and I asked for $100k. Recruiter only increased it to $50k. Do you know any range for l62 offers?

They should tell you the level. That sounds weird. They had disclosed level clearly last year I got an offer from them.
