Cleared the Microsoft Azure onsite interview. Feedback was good. But the position closed out just before I could get any offer. My recruiter is looking out for different teams and open positions to find the right fit for me. I have also communicated some of my the job positions I am interested in. But it’s been more than a month now and there is not much progress on it. Couple of other team managers contacted and had an initial call but then they just stop communicating anything further. Recruiter is not transparent with the process and it’s difficult to get in touch with him. It’s frustrating. Can I keep any hopes with Azure for an offer?
Why not move on? MS is a shitty company anyway.

Uh well there’s not many people in the office right now... Wait until early Jan and follow up?
What's your profile like? My team is hiring. I can talk to our recruiting coordinator. It's in Bay Area though.
Thanks.. Looking for positions in Seattle .
What's your team? Are you still hiring?
Keep getting in touch with the recruiter, don't give up. Whenever you talk to the new team mention what happened in the azure team and give recruiter's name to get details from the azure interview. Azure team may eventually come back also. Same thing happened to one of my friends but the same team came back and gave the offer letter 5 months later. But that is not the azure team though
Awesome . Thanks!
Wait till Jan. Now ppl only reply to really critical email even though not all of them are on vacation. Coming from AWS this is quite a different experience:)
Same thing happened to me when I interviewed for Amazon. I contacted all my Amazonian friends and setup a call with their managers saying I have verbal offer but position is not available. After 3 interviews with different teams I secured offer
My recruiter was not transparent at all. He wanted me to join one of the team in California so he tried to block my other offers saying false things like he already has said yes to the team or accepted offer. I just bypassed him and worked with my current manager to get the offer.
