Microsoft job application auto rejected
I applied to SWE and SWE II positions on Microsoft careers portal. I wasn’t selected for any position, my application never reached a.recruiter. How to improve my chances of making past the initial filtering step?

1. By not being from an ethnicity with genetic origins from anywhere south of 5° N latitude, a few degrees above the equator, like me. 2. By being from the greater Seattle area so any decently-sized urban area and therefore having connections. 3. (Optional, if and only if the other two tasks are true) LinkedIn message around 75 different recruiters and hiring managers.
