Moving to Europe from USA
I am from India and my came to US for my Masters. My H1 didn’t get picked so I am planning to move to Europe. Does anyone have an idea about tech scene, racism etc over in Europe. Is it possible to directly apply for a job and move? I am planning on doing an MBA in Europe too just in case I am unable to make a lateral switch.

Heard the taxes are messed up and very low pay. Plus freezing cold

Is it okay to get by with just english?
If you’ll in the office than yes, english is enough, most people will understand you ( of course if your accent isn’t terrible) But if you want to live a life there ( stores, parks, events, coffeeshops, restaurants, clubs etc) it’s not enough plus, 30 kilometers from Berlin- people look at you as at alien
Why MBA? Get out of the silly thought from India where if you don't get a job you can keep adding new degrees and keep changing tracks. Focus and try to get a job.. Ireland has several companies setting up offices there.. apply and try there.
Well for someone trying to get out of tech what other option is there other than MBA?
Germany has a decent tech scene and Berlin is pretty good. Not much racism. But comp is significantly lower
