NYC tech / startup scene
Transitioned from NYC to Bay Area last year and not enjoying it.. left behind some family, good set of friends and loved the city overall. Any recommendations for the top tech options there (open to big tech and series C/D+ companies). TC 280K, 10 YoE, interested in business / PM roles

I use to be in NYC, in general the starts ups will pay less and have lower caliber founders (with quite a few having no tech founder). Advantage of NYC is the change of scenery, career wise (esp of you're senior) it's a step down. And for the large tech cos, in my experience it's better to be at the HQ.

Uber is solid, arguably better than SF in some ways. Need PMs also
