Need help from someone at Amazon
I am in the process of applying for Amazon's new grad 2020 SDE. I received OA1 on August 26th and took it the next day. I received my OA2 link shortly after and attempted to take it on September 2, but I was shown a screen that said I had already completed or submitted my test. This was the very first time that I had clicked the OA2 link, so I am confident that I did not already complete it. I sent an email to the Amazon recruiting address included with the OA links, but have not heard back. The Aspiring Minds (test platform) support were not helpful, they kept repeating that my test had timed out and could not explain how it had timed out when I had never opened it before. I only have three more days to complete OA2 and OA3, and I am still receiving Amazon emails reminding me to complete OA2. Can anyone put me in touch with one of the recruiters responsible for the online assessments? TC: 60k
You replied to the email they sent? It said if you reply to the email a recruiter should respond within a day or so
Yes, I have replied to the email from Amazon and I also sent an email to the SDE-University-Assessment address that they provided in case of issues. That was three days ago and I have not heard anything back. It also might be worth mentioning that I scored 7/7 on OA1, so it's not like I'm a lost cause that they are just ignoring.
Dang, hopefully you hear back soon, I’m waiting another day or so to try to take mine, I also got 7/7 on the first part
Semi off topic, is OA1 the logic questions? So you got 7/7 on multiple choice logic questions?
For me it was just the 7 debugging questions. When I applied for their internship last year I think OA1 was logic and debugging.

Update for anyone who might find this: I finally received a reply from Amazon and they are extending my deadline while they investigate.

Yes, finally was able to take it this weekend.
Another update for anyone that finds this later. They ended up throwing out the deadline altogether and then finally sent a new oa2 after another 2 weeks. I took it this weekend and I now have my oa3 link.

I second that. I have been here for an year and it's the worst shit I have seen in life
