Negotiate new grad without competing offer?

Have a deadline with Microsoft coming up soon and have some other interviews going on right now but nowhere near a position to get another offer by the time my offer deadline comes up. Would it be possible to ask for more equity/ sign on in exchange for signing immediately? I know some people got way more stock or signing than me and I definitely feel like I did really well on all my interviews
