New week, more waiting for team match from G
I keep checking my email. Everyone said passing HC was the hard part. It's not waiting for TM is the hard part. At least before HC I didn't have my hopes up. Now after HC my hopes are up and everyday of waiting feels like it takes forever.

Did the recruiter share any feedback after your final round and then HC decision or was it HC decision only? Also, how much time did the HC decision take after your interview?
After onsite recruiter said i had good feedback and tried to team match first before HC. After a couple of months of no TM, recruiter sent me to HC and I passed so they said congrats and called and everything and started a new round of team match
Oh ok, I thought TM happens after offer from HC. Isn’t HC also an elimination stage?
Same, no fit calls what so ever since I passed HC. Waiting for TM is literally the hardest part

Cleared HC second week of August, so a month so far
Lol I waited months and just went elsewhere. Passing HC used to be the harder part when google was hiring a ton. Now TM because they're not hiring junior devs
Push hard in sep/oct. Things really go dark late Q4 during planning and open up again mid Jan. G interview process is completely broken in terms of candidate experience.
