Debating my first startup position. Account Director/Project Director 165k base 10-20% Bonus 0.75% equity Pre Series A NYC based tech startup. Have to move from another, much cheaper, big city.

Are you in a technical role at Kraft . I am surprised that a company like Kraft pays 180k for tech roles.

If you think the equity has a decent chance of being worth something seems like a good move. New York is really cool.
