Paytm vs Grab vs MokaPos all offers in India, which one should I join?
Paytm Position Offered : Technical Lead TC: 38 LPA Grab Position Offered : G4 (Senior Software Engineer) TC : 42 LPA MokaPos : Position Offered : Senior Full Stack engineer TC : 34 fixed + every 3 months Perf bonus as max extra salary (some startup no idea on it, any info will be appreciable? ) Any idea with respect to these parameters : Work Env. Good work Growth in future Good in terms of annual hike Which one of them will be good? Grab has 15% bonus, do they generally pay all of it or they usually pay very less percentage of it?

Paytm work culture is not good. Second, anything goes wrong at this point, they will layoffs employees

Will be helpful to know the split ( base / bonus ) - is there equity involved ?
Any idea on how is the Performance bonus payout in Grab Bangalore , it's 15% of CTC, do they give most of it or there are chances that it is very less?
How much is base in Grab offer. If 15% is bonus with RSUs included in 42 TC, doesn't it sound. bit low balled ?
35 L is base in it, 5.25 L is perf bonus, 2.8 L is joining bonus, do they offer more for this position?

Paytm is going strong with funding , designation is much better than other companies. I would have certainly gone for paytm. BTW is everything fixed in paytm ? Last time I heard it was based only
Additionally , in paytm everything will be driven from india. So quality of work and amount of impact you can make will be higher there .Not sure about grab though. Most of the mnc doesn't have better work in india
