I'm pretty happy where I am now having recently moved to Cisco, my leadership chain is pretty good up at least 3 levels. How do we stop the crisis of bad leadership in corporate culture? Why do so many short-sighted, toxic, micromanagers continually pollute the leadership pool. There has to be a way to stop this?!
You sound like a bad employee
I'm a great employee. Consistently get top performance ratings and I'm an excellent team player. I've worked with tremendous leaders who understand that leadership is about getting barriers out of your teams way instead of simply setting more aggressive (and unrealistic) performance targets. Based on some your comments that I've read, you sound like a bad manager.
You always have people in your chain you don’t agree with. How you deal with it is what matters.
