Premium for I-140
My Perm is approved and need to start application for I-140. My manager didn’t agree to do premium processing. I am thinking of advantages of paying the premium myself. It would cost $1410. Any inputs please. About me: No issues with H1b, single, looking for company change but didn’t start preparing yet.

Mine was done standard and took 3 months. Premium is usually better not always necessary.
Pay out of pocket..
Pay from ur pocket, it’s always better to get decisions fast in the current situation. What if u think of leaving next month and let’s say u get an offer. No need to wait right?

Premium for sure..My case was approved in 2 days and 5 more days to receive the hard copy receipt.
It doesn't speed up I485 in any way. So overall it doesn't help you get GC any faster. You mentioned no issue with H1B so there's really no rush to fork out $1410 for absolutely no reason at all. I paid for PP I140 and my I485 timeline is exactly the same as someone else who didn't. I wish somebody told me this.
Yep that’s what my lawyer said, so they filed regular. Took 3 months.
