Program Manager Compensation
I'm currently at 160k base, 15% bonus, 150k stock over four years. I have an offer at a smaller but stable tech company which is 195k base, 25% bonus, and 250k stock over four years. Anybody else that can way in on an average salary for a senior manager salary for program management. This is for a non technical program management role. What is the average for an IC5 or IC6 type level?
