Does anyone know what the pay is like for qualtrics? I saw a principal success manager role online and was wondering if anyone here had exposure to that team? Online, it says “compensation depends on the level of experience.” Do they give equity stake in the company? How is it as an organization?
Based out of Seattle? Been there 15 months and really like it. Im happy with comp; cash comp is basically competitive. I think most of my colleagues undervalue the equity they are getting. Private so who knows but SV investors here probably want a return at some point via IPO.
Can you guys share comp? I’m pretty happy with comp at amazon, so that will be a huge factor for me
Seriously depends on level or in other words years of experience. Font know. Had lots of Eng join from Amazon so think it is competitive. Biggest difference will be equity is private today vs public and liquid stock at Amazon.
What was the TC?
Avoid that role, director of that org is scum. Equity is minimal and pay is substandard regardless of your experience.
