I am considering applying to Qualtrics and wondering how is work life balance there? Commuting from the Eastside what time will I expected to be at work and until what time? Also how many hours per week are you putting in overall (late nights or weekends)? Do you still recommend it?

- Adobe bJJn25Total flexible days off (vacation+sick time) is 15. 40 hours is usual, but bonuses and raises are competitive, so many people work extra.
- I stick to a 40 hour week, with the occasional night hour. I’m fairly new and have recently been given a few really good opportunities for personal development.
On my team, we have people who come in at 8am every day and people who come in at 11am every day. It’s easy to wfh if something comes up too.
On call weeks can be pretty crazy sometimes. I definitely work more that week, but it’s not all that bad
- I mean, it depends on what you consider to be boring. Pretty much every team is working on building out new architecture though (getting out of the monolith). I’ve been here for about 9 months (I was part time for the first 5) and I’m building out a micro service in golang. I’ve also been involved in some of the architecture planning. I like what I’ve done so farNov 14, 2017 0
