Quicken loans mortgage
I am getting calls every day from quicken loan regarding refinance. Has anyone used them? How is experience?

Loved it. Everything 100% online and only had to see/talk to someone in person when they sent the appraiser and then notary to our house for closing.
It highly depends on your situation. I don’t have lots of equity and don’t need to reduce my monthly, my current APR is 4%. Refinancing is waste of money in my case. I tried quicken loans to see if i can benefit. They will market their product as if it is saving money for you. In reality, they are sucking more money in several charges. It’s totally not worth for my situation
Thanks. I am around 3.75%. Probably it won’t be useful for me then. Secondly I am bit concerned about lender/ new bank which I would be having loan with. I had bad experience with my very first bank. So unless I get significant benefit like 3.25% without any closing cost, I won’t refinance
3.75 for what term?
