Referral for Product Designer?
A friend of mine (ex software engineer) is trying to land a UX and/or Product Designer position. If she can’t get a job by the end of the month she has to leave the country due to her student via expiring. Anybody on Blind have any leads? Much appreciated

She needs a job in her field of study for her OTP visa - recent back to grad school grad.

She should look at positions as a prototyper esp with her skillset. Will keep her on the path to Product Designer pretty quick

Do companies even sponsor H1B for entry-level positions?
She’s on OPT so she’s good for like 40 months if she can get a job. Then, during that time, go for the H1-B visa.
