I guess dm me if you want. How effective are referrals where the applicant and referrer share no prior work experience?
I'll go first. We're hiring in Berlin and Dubai and non junior engineers are particularly hard to come by especially in Dubai. Lemme know if your interested. I'll be in the US to interview with some series A/B startups. I hope to also interview with some more established companies that can pay more like Reddit Airbnb etc. (I think I'll tag them)
