Multiple questions in this one so please bear with me - 1. I googled a bit online and found that the total cost of going down the EB1 path is between $10 to $14k. Wondering if it is worth it? 2. Wondering if anyone has a recommendation for a legal firm that they had a really good experience working with and that can also transparently and honestly help evaluating my case?
Victoria Chen (wegreened.com) are widely regarded as the best firm (Google it, and look on the trackitt forums). They should also be a lot cheaper than your quote. I paid 5k for EB2-NIW (similar to EB1). If they are confident in your case (phd and publications totaling 500+ citations for example) they will likely give you a "refund if no success" guarantee
Wonderful! Thanks much folks!
Google a little bit more. It could be much lesser than 10K-14K. Many lawyers have free evaluations. Try all of them and get an idea. If you are from backlogged countries it’s worth every penny
Do you have pointers?
Even I felt 10-14k was a bit much
