Well SAP wants more control over Concur and they are right . Comparing to rest of SAP, Concur is a big messy start up with lots of people who should not even be there to begin with.

The Layoffs are coming and this time it will be ugly. I heard 20-30% reduction and some dev teams will be completely decimated

Off course how many billing component you need for Intelligent spending?! Thats beside all the sales people who were just selling Concur and thats beside an outdated way of running business with PMs. The last time i saw PMs close to teams was 8 years ago.

Care to provide more details on layoffs? Which orgs, when, and where did you hear it from?
They don't seem to make a lot of sense. And..too many impactful decisions seem to be made based on favoritism/cronyism/nepotism.
