Lvl LMTS Looking for a good career move from good growth prospective, RSUs and a decent wlb. 1) Any suggestions which will be better move to Seattle area. Moving from SF. Both are in Redmomd Bellevue area. 2) Also do I need to negotiate MS offer further. Also any roam for negotiations for SF. 3) How is SF doing now, is it good time to join. Mostly will be some data pipeline work. 4) have I140 approved, which will process faster GC? 5) Please suggest if it is a good move from Expe. Making net around 190K total a year at Expe. 6) also does SF gives refresher at each year and what is max 401K match.
Salesforce has good WLB. Refreshers are given to top 20-50%, depending on your org. It is doing really well and I think it’s a good enough time to join. ESPP, Education reimbursements are great.
