Salesforce RSU Refreshers
I’ve heard the refreshers aren’t common, so does that mean not every year or not at all? Like if I join will I only get RSU package once?

I m a PMTS and there no guarantee on annual refreshers even at my level

Only top 3-5 performers in the team are given refreshers as per my knowledge. So yea, no guarantees
If AMTS, MTS, SMTS then likely not at all. If LMTS probably not every year but sometimes. If PMTS or above then likely every year.
