Salesforce bonus structure
Expecting an offer from salesforce soon. Does anyone know what their bonus structure is? 10-20% of base?

9 is Director.. bonus differs based on the teams.. in CSG it is 22% for level 9 .. level 8 is 20
Got it. Does Salesforce give new RSUs each year too?

That is also based on teams and individual performance. I know folks who have gotten refreshes. I have not in last three years. Something to consider, SF does offer a generous ESPP program where employees can buy stocks every six months. It adds up as the stock is doing really well.

Reviving this thread with a question: Can someone please clarify what are the 2 bonus periods at salesforce? (25% and 75%)?
I dont understand these types of questions, where is your recruiter? Bonus depends on level
Lol talking to him next week. Just doing research. The offer should be level 8 or 9. Does that help nail down the bonus range?
8 is 15 and 9 is 20 I believe
