Series B startup salary, ~50M funding
I’m looking at a series B startup that has total of ~50M total funding. Currently T4 2 years out of school, what salary range / equity package can I expect? current TC ~260k due to stock price growth / IPO I’m expecting 0.01-0.1% equity. Is this reasonable?

With 2 years you can’t get up to 150k in series b startup and only because of Lyft on your resume.
You have a great pay package for just 2 yoe. Stay at Lyft.
