Small moving
Hi, I am trying to move to Seattle from Texas, and I am considering to do small moving (15 large boxes and 1 desk). Was anyone in this kind of situation, and how did you end up getting done moving? Hire small moving company? UPS?

I have a IKEA adjustable desk which is 400 bucks, one of my most expensive treasures lol
Virgin America used to do 10 boxes for $25 each. Not sure if Alaska still does that.
Rent a Uhaul cargo trailer. Cheaper than renting a van, and they have sizes that can be towed with cars or SUVs.
Always go with your stuff. Buy a truck, or rent a uhaul.
Check ubox from uhaul for small moving. I found it to be cheapest. If its just boxes without desk go for lugless thats like $40 a box. Ups will quote like $80 in my experience

This. Don't bother paying to move your crap. Anything that doesn't fit in a car doesn't need to come.

Cool, I assume you got 100 frying pans hehe. I think 50 tshirts can fit in one large box. Aren’t 15 large boxes enough to most single?
