Snap L4 Offer Negotiation
Current offer is $190 base, $750k RSU for $377K year one comp. Annual refresher target is $187k so year 2 comp would be $423k ans so on. Anyone negotiated a better L4 offer in the last 6-9 months?

Snap doesn't negotiate rsu or base. You might be able to get up to $20k sign on bonus. Also Snap increases your base every year as well for L3 and above
This. You might be able to get a sign-on bonus if you have another offer that can beat your Snap base. But keep in mind it will be a dollar amount that is converted into shares on your start date just like your RSU grant. It will then vest after 6 months in a single lump sum. But you won't get them to move on base or RSUs because the philosophy is to try not to base total comp on your interview performance, but rather your on the job performance. This is a good offer, and if you join and do well, your comp will go up through performance based refreshers.
^ just take the offer, volatility in stock means any negotiation is peanuts. Stock has tripled in six months and many analysts have an 18-20$ price target now
This is quite good offer. Equity is great.
