I see so much hate and anger on blind. I grew up in a very angry household and was a pretty angry guy but it was taking its toll on my health and I had to make a change. I started meditating 2 years ago and was able to let go of so much of it. Everyone who writes an angry comment should know that it is a reflection of their unhappiness (nobody in a good mood has ever had the urge to insult a stranger). Please give meditation a shot in 2019 and it might help you like it helped me. Happy holidays everyone
