Square Uptown Oakland Office?
(TC: 150) Anyone have details on Square’s upcoming new office in Oakland, such as: - What sorts of jobs they’ll have there? (Will it just be a business/ops center or will they put engineering/other teams there? Mix of everything?) - When they’ll start moving people in? - Anything else that has people excited about the new digs? Most recent press says move in during Q4 2019, but wanted to see if anyone at Square knew any more details than that. #square #oakland
Recruiter mentioned it might include Caviar and the Capital team (Cash?)
Any update on this? Interested to know when Square is moving in and who they plan to bring over. Will it be specific teams or will they allow any employee that wants to work in Oakland? Is Square taking over the entire building or are they leasing some of it out? (TC: 200)
