TPM progression at Facebook?
I'm joining Facebook at IC 6 TPM. How is the progression beyond level 6? Can one keep going IC route or it will require lead to move up? What are the key requirements to get promos to 7 and beyond?
What is the typical career progression path of a TPM? It doesn't seem at par with product management roles

How difficult was the tech portion off the interview on breadth and depth of subject matter?
My ballpark is the same as OP with 14 YOE
