Teammates far away and manager non-technical

Our team has one manager and three individual contributors including me. The manager and I am in one site and the other two teammates are in another site. This situation makes me feel quite lonely in the team, with limited communication with other teammates (we do communicate, but way less than what's supposed to be with all people in one site). The second problem bothering me now is I get quite limited technical mentor from my manager since his background is more on the business side. I am the most senior person in our team, but not senior in the tech field I am in. So with the lack of communication with teammates and manager incapable of providing teac lead, I feel myself doing everything on my own and not growing fast enough compared to my peers. Any suggestions on what should I do? My last job lasted for 8 months and I am six months into this job. There are opportunities within the organization, but I am not sure if I will be considered as a job hopper even switching groups internally.

My situation is kind of similar. First thing is just accept my situation: it's not perfect but I want to stay at this company long term. So far I've made connections with coworkers who aren't on my (remote) team. Our work has literally no overlap but we talk and go out to lunch. Second, I've identified what I do want to learn from the manager, even if it's not what I want to learn the most for my career. And I want a good professional connection or reference. So that relationship is valuable even though they're not tech. I remind myself to keep doing well with my role now and new opportunities will open themselves up.
