Tech companies that dont nees coding interviews

i am looking for a engineering mgr/director of engg roles in silicon valley tech shops. what companies dont require a coding round for these roles?

i have 18 yrs of experience and i am confident i will do well with behavior and system design interviews. so far only amazon is what i know of.

  • It depends on which technology you work on, there are no coding round for administration jobs

    Why would a company ask for coding in a manager interview? Especially at the higher levels? Are they expected to code?

    What about Lyft, slack, wework?

    most of them? Unless it’s a tech lead position with some % of coding (I think google might have this)
