I'm not in software development but I have about 4 yoe and my TC is almost twice as much as this offer. If I were you, i'd expect a lot more just based on that.

Is that L62 offer? 15 years exp you should be at L63-65 depending on how you interviewed.
Maybe you got downleveled because you have no sales experience? May be smart to take it for experience and then triple your salary in a few years as you learn the game.
It's a sales role, you will do little actual tech work and your comp will be based more on what you help sell, and your district sells, this really doesn't compare to a se job
