If you were to add a product that involved a version of telecom consulting like voip configuration/integration, What kind of hourly rate would you charge the consumers of that product?
350$/hr? What do you program? 😒
You may have better luck at $225/hr
The cost will be hidden in the overall cost. And the sales team discounts everything so i think i am safe. Thanks for the input
Besides i have been on troubleshooting calls with AT&T where they quoted a customer it would be $1500 an hour for them to stay on the call. And yes the customer was a large enterprise company.
Ohhh hell yeah
I bill at 190/Hr when consulting.
I usually just tell people I work for Sprint and they kick me out of their office and pay me no money. At least they let me use the restroom on the way out sometimes
I charge $120-$135/hr.

I am starting to think Chinese interviewers currently fail non-Chinese candidates on purpose.
We bill $120/hour for simple field dispatches not involving network trouble or equipment we manage. Somewhere between that and the rate of a good corporate attorney. Some jobs you’ll be better charging a flat fee. Use your hourly to determine that fee, but just be aware of the work where you would benefit from the flat fee.
Thanks i was trying to see if the custom programming cost of $350 an hour was out of line.
Not out of line for enterprise. For SMB you may have to really sell the value of what you’re doing. But still not impossible.
