Seems like most users on this platform are involved in tech industry and have a hard on for LC. I'm getting interested solely from the TC y'all keep posting. What are some recommendations before starting LC if you have no prior coding experience?
If you're starting from zero try some online coding courses first.
Do you have any recommendations/suggestions?
OP, do you mean you have zero experience with coding? Then I suggest you start with Basic Courses. You can do it. Thought myself in 16 months. Send me a DM and I'd email you a couple of places you should start from.
LC has brought the software development bar so low these days. @OP if I have begin all over again, I would start working for a start up, this would should give enough experience and knowledge than getting a CS degree or reading LC
I have never done LC either. Where do I start? Do I need to know any programming languages?
First recommendation if u have no coding exp is to get coding exp. LC is for after you are comfortable with coding. Preferably at the university level.
If you're starting from nothing and work a full time job, its going to take you years of work to get in. Just a warning. U seem to think u just need to "LC" and then the TC just comes in. You'll be competing with new grads who have been programming for 4+ years. Its not about whether u "have the intellect to get into this field," you need a lot of dedication and years of work.
if you're getting involved solely for TC, don't bother.
Fuck the above advice.
FB raises a good point. What is your problem?
