Actually the US spends too much on its military and the straight talk is that US spending should be cut down to the same levels as other NATO countries. Other countries shouldn't be asked to overspend just because the US does. If you want to give a big speech about how it's so important to you that the US have a grossly oversized military, fine, but then don't ask other countries to do that.

Actually Russia likely did alter the outcome. Trump's margin of victory in the three states that swing it his way way less than one percent. If 1 voter in 150 had changed their vote he would not be President today. It seems likely that the Democrat's emails being made public by Russia swung WAY more votes than that.
