Two months before starting new role?

I'm about to accept an offer at a new company (fast growing, Series E start-up) but would prefer to start a little less than two months from now. I was wondering if that was a reasonable gap or if it's too much to ask for? If so, what's the maximum appropriate gap to request from a future employer? Thanks!

Just ask? I asked for something similar because I had vacation planned in a month. Instead hiring manager preferred me start immediately and take unpaid time.

I did it because Disney’s hiring process took literally like 3 months truth be told and I had a wedding to go to for one my wife’s relatives overseas so they were fine with me starting later. Kind of sucked that I had given notice to my employer rather than dumping it on them after vacation but I got paid out for my unused PTO anyway so it all worked out.

Are you insane? Do you not read Blind? Don't you know that the big G is THE greatest company to work for of all times, the most pResTiGiOuS, TOP Tier 1 company that all Indian and Chinese mothers boast to their friends about over WhatsApp, WeChat, and dinner tables? Do the right thing and stay at Google.
