Have my Uber onsite in a couple of weeks. What kind of cultural fit are they looking for?
Ask good clarifying questions, discuss tradeoffs, show interest in what the interviewer is working on
Thank you for not trolling :β)
Np. Oh and explain your thought process too. Also think of why you would want to join Uber and what you want to achieve/contribute to
I had no cultural questions really
Solve the problems well. Be ready with stories of past glory. Listen. Be engaged. If your stories talk of a person who fits Uber culture, the interviewer should know. Be yourself. If you don't fit the culture it's good for both parties to stay away from each other.
I look for if you lie or not. If you don't know say you don't know. But if you keep rambling on something you don't know. That's a red flag. I look to see if you are blamer or a collaborator, you step up when things are hard or you quit.
Biggest challenge is to see if you can eat the catered lunch at Uber
BYOF if interviewing in SF. PA food is good.
